While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with us and we’ll provide the information you need.
How much does it cost?
Price is dependant on the weapon/s chosen and if any extra ammunition is purchased.
Included in the prices are,

How long does it last?
Duration depends on a few things...
Mainly what package you choose and how trigger happy you are.
Please see our packages/prices page for more information
We do not limit your time on the ranges.
Do we need to book?
We highly recommend booking a check-in time to minimise your wait. However you are welcome to take a chance and call down.
You do not need to decide what package you are having until you arrive as we will show you the armoury before hand.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers.
Do you offer parties?
Unfortunately we no longer offer parties at Ultimate Airsoft Range due to the happiness and safety of our customers being compromised during parties.
We still offer group bookings for shooting. Please see our 'Group Bookings' section for details.
How old do you have to be?
We recommend ages six and over can participate with an accompanying adult.
Disclaimer forms need to be signed by a responsible adult on behalf of anyone aged under 18.
Anyone under 18 will not be permitted to enter the ranges without an adult.

Where are you located ?
Our entrance is located in the passage way between the Floral Pavilion Theatre and the Brightspot Family Arcades/Adventureland.
Can we bring our own weapons?

Is there wheel chair access?
We are located 30ft underground.
The only access down, is a large flight of stairs, approx 30 steps.
We can only apologise and wish we were able to facilitate wheelchair access.
We have a wonderful team who will do anything they can to help. If you can make it down the steps, the ranges are wheel chair friendly.

Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes, we have male and female toilets. There are approx. 4 steps to enter the facilities.
What if I am not satisfied with Ultimate Airsoft Range LTD?
We strive to ensure all our customers leave the ranges having had a great experience. Please ask for our manager at the ranges who will try to help with your issue. Otherwise please call or contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab.
